Terms of service

★I will not begin work on any commissions until full payment is recieved.
★I reserve the right to charge extra for any extra work (large changes/additions, alterations, etc.)
★I have the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time.
★Commissioner accepts hand made items do not have the same durability as machine manufactured items.

★I ship from the United States through USPS, tracking numbers will be provided.
★Shipping and packaging fees will be added depending on size and weight of the item being shipped, and the destination country.
★Commissioner accepts responsibility for any additional charges resulting from providing me or Paypal with incorrect addresses.

★Commissioner accepts that after packages have been handed over to USPS, I have no control over them aside from tracking location and issuing lost package requests. (Which may or may not yield results.)

★If you’d like to cancel your commission, contact me directly through my email, PannycakesArt@gmail.com.
★Once a commission is started, the amount eligible for refund depends on how completed the item is. (For exclusions, see next line.)
★Personalized items (Including any item made with the likeness of a specific person, animal, original character, or with extremely personalized features) are non-refundable as soon as production of the item has begun.
★If I can not finish your commission, I will refund you.
